Questions shop owners ask

Can I bill a cup of tea in one tap?

Yes. Your items are big buttons on the bill screen; tap Tea once for each cup. The total adds up as you tap, and Save keeps the bill with its number.

My helper takes the money during the rush. Can they bill too?

Yes, from any phone signed in to your shop. Separate staff logins are not available yet, so everyone uses the same shop login.

How do I keep track of milk, sugar and gas?

Make expense categories such as Milk, Sugar & tea powder, Gas and Snacks supplier, and add each purchase as you pay. The month shows which one costs the most.

Does Books work without internet?

No, it needs a mobile data or Wi-Fi connection to save bills. It works on slow connections because each bill is one small request.

Can it print a bill or token?

Yes, on a 58 mm or 80 mm Bluetooth printer with Books Pro (30 days free for new shops).

Is it really free for a tea stall?

Billing, expenses and today's and this month's profit are free for ever. Pro adds old months, yearly reports, exports and printing.
