How paying works

30 days of Pro free

Every new shop starts with Pro, so you see everything before deciding. No card needed.

UPI, card or net banking

Payments go through Razorpay. Books never sees your card or UPI PIN.

Nothing renews by itself

Pay for a month (₹149) or a year (₹999). When it ends, you choose whether to pay again.

Founding price for the first 100 shops

₹999 a year instead of ₹1,499, kept for as long as the shop renews.

30-day money back

Changed your mind about your first yearly payment? Ask within 30 days and get all of it back.

Nothing is ever deleted

When Pro ends, older months are kept safely and open again the moment you renew.

Larger shops

More than 3,000 products or 1,000 bills a day? Write to us from the Contact page and we will agree a plan made for your shop.

Questions shop owners ask

Is Books really free?

Yes. Billing, products, expenses and today's and this month's profit are free with no time limit and no card. Bills and reports older than 60 days are kept safely and open again when you take Pro.

What happens when the free Pro trial ends?

Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. Your shop moves to the free Counter plan and keeps billing as before. Older months and exports wait until you take Pro.

Does Pro renew automatically?

No. You pay for one month or one year in advance, and Books tells you inside the app when it is about to end. You decide whether to pay again.

Can I get my money back?

A first yearly payment is refunded in full within 30 days if you change your mind. Wrong or double charges are always refunded. The refund policy has the details.

How do I pay?

By UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking through Razorpay, from the Plan page inside the app, or with Get Pro now before you have an account.

Is GST included?

The prices shown are the final amount you pay. If GST ever applies to Books, it will be shown clearly before you pay.

My shop is bigger than these limits. What then?

Books is made for one counter. If your shop needs more than 3,000 products or 1,000 bills a day, write to us from the Contact page and we will work out a plan for a larger shop.
